Rep. Thomas Massie posted a Fox News article on social media Monday that detailed lame-duck Joe Biden authorizing Ukraine to use U.S. long-range missiles to strike deep inside Russia. Massie’s statement above the linked article called the action by Biden an ‘unconstitutional act of war’ and an ‘impeachable offense’.

Statements by a member of Congress regarding ‘impeachable offenses’ are serious ones, as the House indicts and the Senate tries a President during an impeachment proceeding.
The article, published Sunday on Fox News, covered how the outgoing Biden O.K.’ed Ukraine to strike Russia with heavy long-range missiles. It also mentioned how this act by the lame duck administration would mean Russia entering war against NATO.
