Elon Musk, a key advisor to Donald Trump, has once again spotlighted the openly racist and genocidal rhetoric of some of South Africa’s most influential politicians, along with the government’s blatantly discriminatory policies against white Afrikaners.
In a post to his social media platform X, Musk—responding to a video where Julius Malema, the leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters’s party, is chanting “Kill the Boer, Kill the Farmer” in front of a massive crowd—wrote: “Very few people know that there is a major political party in South Africa that is actively promoting white genocide.”

Musk, in his post, then criticized the lack of media coverage of virulently anti-white rhetoric in South Africa, highlighting a recent arena chant calling for violence against white people. He also condemned a new law allowing the expropriation of “property from white people” without compensation.
“A whole arena chanting about killing white people,” Musk wrote. “Where is the outrage? Why is there no coverage by the legacy media?”
He then criticized a South African law that prevents his Starlink satellite internet service from operating in the country, alleging it is due to his race, as he is “not Black.” […]
