Around 6:45 p.m., the farm owner was having dinner with her family when her dog suddenly started barking. She glanced at the surveillance monitors and saw a shocking scene: a strange man, pants down, in the stable with her horses. She immediately alerted her boyfriend, who stormed into the stable. “He climbed over a fence and ran toward the center of the village,” said the horse owner, who wishes to remain anonymous. Her boyfriend gave chase and managed to catch him.
